What did you do to your training log Nixon? I just get linked to a blank page whenever I click on it. The worst part is that my homepage says it has updated constantly now.
I felt that taking the time to find out what each person wants from you as a coach gets you halfway there. Whether or not you can actually do what they want is another problem.
