I'm sure that the IOF team will have taken the lessons learned from WOC 2015 and passed them on to the WOC 2016 team so that they don't repeat the WOC 2015 mistakes (whatever they may have been).

That must have happened for WOC 2015 but somehow the information never got passed down......
