Thanks guys. Sean I was just testing my theory that trail running does not affect my hip. I had no hip pain in the race or since so I think that's a good outcome. I have plenty of pain everywhere else though!!!!

Sadly I was more like a donkey with arthritis than a scalded cat and all the nibbles in the world couldn't change that :)
