you were certainly moving well when you (and your train) came past me.
How much thought is given to start times? It seems obvious to me that the results are pretty much determined by the order you fast guys are set off.

Andy just puts the names he recognises near the end.
I was meant to be 90s behind James and 2mins ahead of Simon H. In the end I started at the same time as James. Definitely favours those catching up from behind though - Simon H has had Tom Brunt do similar to him before - but I gave it a good shot at getting a gap. First time I've ever been in a group on this though - I normally pick the wrong direction and have to slog it out on my own whilst the others work together.
