Yes, ma'am, we have 6 new plebes, 2 new yuks, a squid, and a German guy who are all super enthusiastic about being on the team and who all have a ton of potential! I can easily see some of them going to WUOC and doing well, they seem to be catching on quickly.

That sounds absolutely awesome. Anyone with prior experience, or all just figuring it out?

Hoping to stop by and see you all in Oct, hopefully with course setters/meet director during practice time M-F during one of the last two full weeks of the month. We'll be back east for a bit, seems like a good time to talk course setting and see where you need to focus us for map updates. We'll ping COL Read soon, but any thoughts from your end as to which week would be best? I realize that's about the time that the first round of WPRs / projects / papers hits...

We do have one guy with prior experience, but the rest are clean slates, which is exciting!

As for which week would be best, I think either would work, but of course that's only looking at my personal schedule.

Nice. I love seeing the new crew come in each year. Cadets seem to learn the sport faster than most, and having such great support from teammates makes an enormous difference.

Who's the CIC and Meet Director for this year? I think we'll start spamming their inboxes next, at least once we come up for internet again (may be a week or so). I appreciate that you're so responsive on AP, by the way. Thank you!

I have to recheck who CIC and meet director is, ma'am. It may be Sam Jones, but I could be mistaken. I will get back to you once I receive clarification.
