When my left hip started hurting I googled hip exercises...gradually experimenting with stomach strengthening and flattening, hamstring and knee stuff also...they overlap a lot...trying to stretch calves more also...seems like both core stuff and tight calves are a big deal.

Note I even came across where one guy said roll your shins...he said he noticed no one rolled their shins just other parts of the legs...I tried it and it kinda hurt plus it was awkward at first as I could not get a good position to roll...with all these exercises I start out awkward and unsure if I am doing them right but I just forge ahead. Spent 1.5 hours this morning just messing around with googled stuff.
