Hey Nadim - any good trails out there? That’s one of my favorite things is to go on a business trip and find some trails. The best trips I get are to Denver but they are rare

Hi Jon--yes, lots of good trails in the Kansas City area. They've got a good network of paved trails in and around the city. I often run the Indian Creek Trail on the south end. There are also some good parks for running dirt trails such as Shawnee Mission Park or Wyandotte Lake. I found a bunch on my own and with some help from friends. Exploring is fun. I just wish I were in better shape for it.
