Discussion: Heads up!

I've been stalking your blog for 18 months. We all have days/weeks/months like yours. I'm having a week like it. After racing against you over the last 18 months all will be good. I'm writing this selfishly. Cos in 3 years I'm running Green, not Red. And I'm hoping you'll step down! If not I'll still be watching your training trying to glean some info to get better.
