If you come out of today feeling ok, I’d suggest taper time (mileage, not intensity). Barring any injury, you’re gonna crush that marathon!
Still big week next week but a little less on the after work runs. 5 more 20 mile days until taper. It's Paavo or bust now.

I was cleaning out shit in Clover Valley today and found a training log from 1996. Thumbing through it was very reminiscent of the kind of training you're doing now.

One day: 13 miles with a 2 mile TT in 10:13 enroute. Then I threw in a hard 8 miles on my bike for some damn reason. Day after day.
