What in God's name is the Mars Cheese Castle??

It a tourist trap. Lots of cheese for sale and expensive. It is shaped like a castle right off the freeway.

Well it actually has some good cheeses. Wisconsin has a lot of small cheese factories...that make cheese from the abundant milk supply in the 'Dairy State.'

And the Mars Cheese Castle retails some of the best from those factories; we stop there every time we're driving back to Chicago. My wife's favorite are the fresh 'cheese curds' that squeek between your teeth as you bite down on them.

Tourist trap, gotcha Clark!!
