This bit has been pretty sketchy the last few weeks! And also the waterfall bits have been actual waterfalls! Waited for a bloke to carry his dog across one on Sunday!

Yeah I'm amazed that I still always see so many people on that trail, thought it would've scared the hobbyjoggers off by now

Assume this is the south side of the Yarra opposite the golf course? Think the original landslide was in one of the 2010-11 floods.

Yeah I have come across a few people who've asked me "does this trail keep going?" in a very unsure way. Yep Blair the bits which say "trail closed" but everyone does them anyway.

I genuinely think Tim Smith is modelling his campaign for the party leadership on trump tweets and at this stage I wouldn't be surprised if it pays off

@PeterH pretty sure it had reached terminal velocity so I have no idea how it survived

I think you might be right on both counts. If he's successful I suspect a lengthy career as Leader of the Opposition awaits him (although Kew is the sort of Liberal seat I could imagine the Greens being competitive in under the right circumstances).

Must have been a pretty tall tree to reach terminal velocity!
