So, was control 7 in fact an "abandoned dope farm" as per the control descriptions?

Indeed it was. Though "farm" is perhaps gilding the lily with regards scale. The previous version of the map had two blck crosses, the second representing a pile of plastic water drums. I thought one cross could represent both the pile and the chicken wire enclosure. These days the enclosure is acting as a wallaby barrier, and the vegetation inside is denser than that outside.

The erstwhile Terowie Emu Farm - not sure if emus were actually ever farmed there! - is a massive enclosure in the middle of the scrub in the middle of nowhere and apparently the reason it is now part of the Ngadjuri indigenous lands is that it was used for clandestine cannabis culture and subsequently confiscated by the government who presumably then didn't know what else to do with the land...
