Thanks! Yeah, my doctor told me that I should up my iron intake, but so far I don't have to take iron supplements if I don't want to, so I'm working on eating more iron-rich foods

Amazing!!! There are loads of iron rich foods as well! So hopefully that’s enough to sort it out.

Maybe the USA team should start month team calls again but instead have it focused on something like nutrition, how to foam roll/recovery stuff, strength training etc. I’ve had the thought for a while but not worked out how to get experts to talk to us about each thing yet. Thoughts?

absolutely, that sounds good! I'd be 100% up for that, I especially would love tips for conditioning hips and strengthening ankles and how to properly eat while training
