Of which I was unaware. From the previous control it was the same as navigating to a two way saddle. If there was a risk, it was making a mistake on the exit.

I didn't have a problem with that either - your route 6-7 was much better though, I didn't see the path and automatically went straight down the gully costing myself a climb back up the hill the other side!

You should post the map on the Int Mappers FB group. It's full of un-decipherable puzzles.
