ok dude... i am curious... i know this may be kind of "personal" but i am dying to know what a typical day of eating looks like for you. i would love a post from you detailing a day... from waking, working out, working, working out again, and again, and again.... just curious as to what's fueling you.... i am looking to change some things starting next year... and diet is on the top of the list. i need to eat MORE!

i'll share one post-early morning workout meal:
(hour + after post-run vitargo bottle and a whey/chia/glutamine drink washing down fish oil and coQ10, maybe another dose of liquid L-Carnitine in addition to the one i take just before morning workouts)...

Corner Bakery's cold Swiss Oatmeal with Berries is awesome, but also
order it with the anaheim or farmers omelette/potatoes with fruit instead of toast. chug a few cups of coffee and water as well. that's a caveman feeding. they shutdown the oatmeal at 11am though, fyi.

looks like it costs you $30 to wake up.

i prefer life cereal with 2% milk...usually i drown it with a shit ton of coffee...lumberjack style!

OK James. I have been thinking about a "day in the life" post. Ha! Casa Bluesails.

Seriously, just to give you an idea....I woke up after my nap (I ate WAY MORE before my nap) and finished a new box of cereal (the entire box), banana, 2x toast w/ almond butter, bag of trail mix and a turkey/avao/spinach/sprouts/mustard sandwich

Then after the core workout M and I were hanging in the kitchen w/ Keevin and I had a vitargo/green pow/protein shake, bar of Godvia chocolate (1/4 bar), 2 eggs over med, 2 hand fulls of grapes, 1/2 bagel and cream cheese, hot coco, oatmeal w/ banana/black berries and LGlut mixed in....and I forget what else. A glass of red wine before bed. M is helping me remember right now. HA! We are at Panera eating BK#2 after our swim this morning.

not worried about gaining wt and that is important i think

He could take chestnut or kobi for sure. 60 hotdogs and buns in 10 minutes? No problem.
