It does irk me that shoe companies cash in with sales of cushioned shoe and minimalist shoe. Ether way they want us to pay over $100,- for any shoe. I plan to order running sandals this week and see how it works for me

Also early in my transition period to minimalist shoe I was alternating between heavy shoe and light shoe but then at one point I realized that traditional shoe felt like sledgehammer attached to my feet.
