But calendars were fairly accurate then weren't they? (sorry - bad joke - he he) and I shouldn't have made it as I am older than you by some years - but not decades.

The people at work seemed pretty happy with the birthweek concept, including me taking a day off to make them a cake.!

I think you just want to drag out the 'feeling special' aspect of the event to last 7 times as long as the birthday!
