SML Middle down the road a bit from yesterday. This was all the fun things of yesterday stuffed into a middle control picking course. I nailed just about everything and had a super clean run. Great weekend.

SML Long up towards Stanley, ID. Terrain was super cool, with lots of positive and negative contour stuff. Lots of blowdown, but it was all small trees with no branches on the trunks, so actually pretty easy to run through / jump over.

SML Sprint champs at Boise State University. Pretty straightforward run around, with the only notable happening being on the way from 7-8 (km 2.4 on the gps) where I was running down the alley and saw a bunch of construction dudes unrolling a construction fence all the way across the road. I asked them if I could sneak by before they got started and they said no their truck (a big ladder/bucket/crane thing) is already starting to move. Should be cleared up in 5 minutes though. So I had to double back around and out of the alley for 40 seconds lost. Yay urban sprints.
