Feels great to be back on the xc ski trails again. Let's pray for continued good conditions- not promising looking at the forecast.
IT band much better. Will get Cx bike ready for next week. Take a break from fat bike q angle.

Couldn't take it any longer- had to get out on this beautiful winter day. XC at Hyland - great conditions and IT band felt ok.
