woooo whooo! 2 miles. HR said 165 for about the first 5 min. IDTS.

Hip felt a little achy at the end.
Stretched and worked the proximal hammie a lot before going out.
Achilles bursa complained a little but settled down after a couple minutes.

Slept through the night! Always a pleasant occurrence.
