LSD run with King Karl from P5. Up Ridge, Skyline, Fortune, Keogan (amazing woods near there) to Ridge and back. Karl wanted to explore some trails which turned out to be pretty slow in parts.
Karl, just to get his training in, had earlier done a loop of the parc rollerskiing, like an hour 20. He's around 12-14 hours a week of training in case I was wondering how the guy is always top 5 in the Gloppet in his early 40s.

So my old Kings friend Graham and I were going to grab a pint on a patio, but he had too many last night so wanted to run instead. It was mega hot, ran from Wellington West down to the river and around, back through Tunneys. Hot, very hot.
Cycling 2:33:14  37.09 km (4:08 / km)
One hot solo ride from Camp Fortune to the Firetower and back. First time to the Firetower in years. Hardest section was from MacKinstry to the tower, sign said 2.5km which is total nonsense or else all uphill.
I'm pretty sure I'll feel this tomorrow, as Lampi says, some full-suspension helps the body the next day.
