Running 1:06:15 [3] 7.21 mi (9:11 / mi) +247m 8:18 / mi
shoes: Columbia/Montrail Caldorado II

After Mary swimming all day Saturday and Sunday and Henry doing British Schools the proposed mileage count for this run came down from around 11-12 before leaving, then to 9-10 when I set off. Cut it short and ended up with this.

Orienteering 44:21 [3] 5.84 mi (7:36 / mi) +34m 7:28 / mi
shoes: Salomon SLAB Sense 6

First night o in a long time. Mostly new area from the King's Horse pub next to rugby club.
A bit scrappy to say the least. Map needs some work but no excuse. Messing up the north east side left no time to mop up the last few I was planning on. Missed at least 3 on the way in. Still good practise. Enjoyed it and felt a bit quicker than of late.

Easy towpath loop. Tired. Bit of cake killed the prospect of a good run

Running 30:42 [3] 3.98 mi (7:43 / mi) +71m 7:19 / mi
shoes: Salomon SLAB Sense 6

Had to try the new shoes out. They are flippin' marvelous just like the last pair I had. Just hope they last a bit longer than the others. Although I could just send them back for refund like I always do when they start to split.
