shoes: Brooks Levitate (Silver)

West Roxbury, MA; VFW/Lagrange loop, felt good minus some moderately intense pain on the bottom right side of my right foot (the same place I had problems last year and this winter...sign), however, the pain went away almost completely after about 5 minutes or so, glad that I ran this morning so I can rest the foot all day tomorrow ahead of my final big long run (20 miles), and yet another gorgeous morning

Splits: 8:18, 8:05, 7:52, 7:55

West Roxbury, MA; West Rox 8-mile loop, felt really good, although at around mile 2 that weird upper left back stitch happened, though went away after about a mile, maybe it's a knot?, gorgeous sunny and cool morning, wish every morning was like this

Splits: 8:37, 8:28, 8:29, 8:19, 8:30, 8:10, 8:12, 8:03

West Roxbury, MA; VFW/Lagrange loop, felt good...all the way up until about 3.7 miles when I got a "stitch" in the upper left hand corner of my back which, although my legs and lungs were still feeling great, I had to slow down a bit...very weird, beautiful morning though – gorgeous, sunny and cool

Splits: 8:03, 7:47, 7:43, 7:36

Considering I ran 2 more miles, was glad to see I at least didn't lose as much water weight during the run as last week...
