Times - 3:42, 3:47, 3:48, 3:48, I knew the first one was too fast but everyone else had gone out really fast so I tried to keep with them, last one was really tough.
Then a 200m sprint, should have done a few more but I tweaked something in the back of my knee on the first one so I stopped, not sure what's wrong so I'll see how it feels tomorrow.
