PT! Cleared to start doing some walk/jogs again. Also said the slightly-asymmetrical skating laps are fine since I'm doing other symmetrical stuff. Most challenging stuff this session were bosu squats (both sides) and step-ups onto the squishy side of the bosu. Also I got a new exercise called airplanes that are like forward T/single-leg RDL, except I'm supposed to twist my upper body to both sides.
