Circuit Training 1:00:00 [3]
Firm Strength video -- a kinda goofy circuit weight training video from the mid-90s. The only reason I did this one was because I knew there were a ton of heavy weight step-ups (w/ my 14" step-box) and I was looking to test my left knee (VMO issue). Plus, I used to do this one all the time "back in the day" and was curious how I would fare. Verdict: it was practically easy and knee felt fab. My shoulders will be sore but that's it. Cool.
