Evening treadmill run.

- jumprope intervals 2 min. x 3
- ball slams (8# - heaviest they had which was pretty lame) 30x3
- plank routine for 4 min.
- pushups 12x2
- mtn. climbers w/ gliding discs 60x2
- squat/shoulder press w/ 15# dbs 12x2
- 10 min on elliptical
