Mile @ Goldrush Invite. I started off behind where I wanted to be but my ending was pretty strong. Not bad.

Wanted to log this bc it's awesome.
4x100 with the distance squad lol. We were in the last heat against 2 other Suffern teams and another team. My relay won by like 15m. I was nervous lol mostly for the hand off but it was easy peasy. I was the anchor too and I impressed some people with my sprinting abilities. My coach timed 12.8 but that's kinda estimated. It was really fun :)

Since we didn't race Anna and I got to do a workout! Yay.
10 min warm up/down, 2 min on/off, 30 seconds on,1 min off
We were supposed to do it 5x but my foot kinda hurt so I did it 4 and jogged the rest.
We did it around the UPenn field/ tennis area which was kind of annoying because there were a lot of people warming up and stuff.

Tried steepling and my foot felt fine. :) all of my water barriers were horrible (I did like 4) but I practiced hurdling the dry barrier and that went well.

First completed track workout! It was raining hard and I was very tired and didn't hit any of my times but that's ok because I finished it! 8x400 with 200 m jog in between each. I was supposed to start at 1:20 and drop to 1:09 but....yeah no.

Times were 1:24, 1:24, 1:24, 1:22, 1:20, 1:23, 1:21, 1:25.

I kinda died a lot by the end. My average last year for this was 1:18. Foot hurt a little bit after the first 2 but it went away :)
