Wanted to do 6 x 250m but there were slow people so i wasn't pushing myself for the first 15 mins and occasionally doing extra lengths when they finally did get out the way.

9:04, 9:22, 9:19. Ended up racing another guy on the first rep which meant I was seriously tired for the next two. Was surprised the last wasn't slower
