8:30 - rode to Clinton T - spinning and taking it easy.

AM - Sat Dog Days - tried walking to Hobbs Field and back, no running.

5:30 pm and 9:30 pm - could finding parking only at 7th &Tennessee, then walked to the football game at Memorial Stadium. Nice evening for the season opener. Walking with Dee and mass of people just takes awhile. well, it's some sort of exercise during this "no run" week.

stayed home and did stretching rather than go to Dog Days (& I wouldn't be able to do half the stuff).

Went to see Dr. Stueve and he says I have a lower abdominal strain. No running for one week. When laying down I will be OK if I no longer feel aches in the groin. Then start back running slowly.
No pullups, no situps, no leg lifts - nothing to put a strain on the pelvic area.
Good thing I didn't sign up for races this weekend.
I hope the problen came from overstretching, not from the runs.
