To Clinton Overlook Park. Legs felt stronger - notched up another gear on uphills; groin slight strain afterwards.

Longview Lake Dam - PTOC sprint O - a few leg swings and short jog in the parking lot, then stood around for awhile before starting. Pt 1 was up the dam, so walked the last part. No pain in lower ab. Had to remind myself that going to pt 2 on level ground meant running hard - not used to pushing the pace and heart rate - no need to be soft. Pretty much ran a normal paced O' run, backing off a tad. No soreness in the pelvic area.

strength/stretching (Dog Days) 20:00 [1]
slept:7.5

2 min pelvic thrusts (15x) and pillow sqeezes (15x) in the morning.
PM - Drove to Dog Days to see what I could do. Very little as anything connected to the abdomen was a concern. Tried a side lunge and felt a twitch in the right stomach. Couldn't do 75% of the workout. Jumping jacks, touch touches OK. Volleyball jumps if I barely hopped were OK. Pushups OK. No leg lifts, no situps, crunches, bicycles, reverse crunches. Bridges were OK. I mostly pelvic thrusts. Disappointing.

running/walking (walking) 18:00 [1] 1.1 mi (16:22 / mi)
shoes: Adidas SNOVA Glide 4M

Robinson Gym, Sunnyside, Indiana, 18th, Naismith Dr, and back - was the recommended route. I did the same idea taking streets of my choice for less traffic. About the last to finish.

biking (road bike) 59:08 [2] 14.3 mi (14.5 mph)
shoes: Shimano (bike)

To Clinton Pkwy where South Trafficway bike path ends before taking a right turn (Clinton T minus 200m). Hot. 80 rpm. Biking is encouraging as it looks like running may be out for awhile. Better cancel plans to run Dallas Marathon.

Lakeview+, 83 rpm, easy - didn't seem to aggravate the lower abdomen area or symphysis pubis.
7 PM

strength/stretching 2:00 [1]

pelvic tilt and pillow squeeze exercises for oseitis pubis; wouldn't hurt to try a little

Spike provided a windows version of the Clinton Overlook map with the intent of staying on trails when it was wooded and OK to beeline when in the open mowed grass areas. Familiarity with the map could be a detriment. Mary Jones and Jenny Bengtsson caught me on the way to #5 which was the wake up call to really read the map and think what I had to do. Pace count, get bearings and keep tabs where the trails twist and turn before coming into the the window and the control circle. Good map reading exercise for being in an area so frequently used.

Also a test run after one week. Lower abdomen pains when lying down in bed are usually just above the genital area, The mild pain during the run is lower between the legs. No pain afterwards at home. See Dr Rob Jones later this week? Maybe more easy running first.
