Holme Moss Hill x 1 Cold misty morning. Left ITB absolutely horrendous on jog to start. Both calves grumbling up hill, then right one really sore and tight by bottom of hill. Hobbled back to the car. Both taped up now. Usually left calf goes first, go figure. New shoes were fab.
