First Test Scott bike on M2 - Rouvy Southside Road 7.22 miles in 29:40 moving time 30:03 total time (hit Pause when meant to hit Lap). 88 rouvy cadence, 14.6 mph, 139 watts average, 205 watts max, 2.03 W/kg avg, 3.01 W/kg max, 393 feet of gain, 1% avg, 4% max. Max HR at 171 and average at 147 was higher than normal even for hard effort.
Garmin data - calibration and route done on regular Rouvy app. Coast down in just over 3 seconds (about same as with Salsa). Noise at 20mph seems louder with tires on the Scott MTB.
Time matched M2 smart trainer PR done two days ago (29:42). Split at peak was about15:42 vs 15:45 two days ago.
Reinjured right knee with this foolish effort.
