Max HR at 171 and average at 147 was higher than normal even for hard effort. Garmin data - calibration and route done on regular Rouvy app. Coast down in just over 3 seconds (about same as with Salsa). Noise at 20mph seems louder with tires on the Scott MTB. Time matched M2 smart trainer PR done two days ago (29:42). Split at peak was about15:42 vs 15:45 two days ago. Reinjured right knee with this foolish effort.
