Physical Therapy (A Series) 30:00 [3]

Did the easier A series of exercises. Mostly pain free during and after the workout.

Cycling (Stationary Cycling ) 38:02 [3] 8.0 mi (4:45 / mi)

Easy spin session. No issues. Pain free.

Note

Last night woke up and had shooting pain down outside of left leg, two brief episodes. Overdid doing it and paid for it.
Took day off from both PT and cycling. No repeats of extreme shooting pain. Upped the pain meds and took it easy.

Series A PT exercises. Did not bike today. Had some pain radiating down left leg and decided to give the back a break before resuming cycling tomorrow.

Physical Therapy (B Series) 30:00 [3]

Lower back and radiating pain down left leg today. Even had some pain during bike ride. Nap after supper and pain pill finally stopped the pain. Did PT late in evening and was pain free.

Easy ride up Salt and around loop for standard 15 miles. Some headwinds today, especially on run back south.

Cycling (Easy to Medium Effort) 1:11:04 intensity: (41:04 @3) + (30:00 @4) 13.07 mi (5:26 / mi) +178ft 5:22 / mi

Roads out to Quaker Rd and south to canal on Waynesport. Back canal trail all the way to Church St bridge. Canal trail is SOFT and the going was SLOW. Trail needs another week or two of sun to dry out. Even with my fat 37mm tires, I was cutting a pretty serious groove through the stone dust.

Back felt better after PT workout.

Easy workout on stationary bike.
Back has been hurting this evening after the easy 10 spin at community center.
