Hard tt tonight, but happy with the pb. We established the front bunch of 4 pretty quick, everyone was keen to work together. It was hard for me as I landed Piers C's outside was, and his km times were much faster than the rest of us.. Finished 3rd/4th, behind Piers, Nic O & Phineas.

4x4min @ 100%, with 4min rest. Chilly morning paddle, especially as the sun was coming up!

Kept the pace at a comfortable tempo until the last 3km's then tried to push a bit. Happy with the time, considering the amount of running that i have been doing of late.

First paddle in the new boat! Very cool, very fast :). I was sucking gas a little when i had to sprint, otherwise cruising nicely, started 2nd bunch and worked up to front bunch, not too many fast paddlers on the water. Finish 3rd just behind Loveday & Scarc lightie...
