Moo stair reps
Left too late to do hurts so joined Ondrej and Andy for Moo reps. Felt real tired and faint on the way over, and felt close to passing out after the first 10.
Did a little scout around the other stairs then did another set of 6, then one of 4.
Feels good to smash myself a bit.
