"gravity-O" everyone walks up the hill together then does a short downhill course x 5.
sounds like a bit of a recipe for injury... no majors that i heard about, but thinking back, did hurt myself in some way on every course... the most major was running full speed into a barbed wire fence. thankfully it was so rusty that most of the damage is actually bruising, with only one not too bad puncture right on my quad muscle. will get a tetanus shot.
otherwise really fun, and good to be in the bush with loads of others, and a good social experience.

4x3mins, 5x1.5min (ish). half time recovery. as has been the case with recent interval attempts, i don't quite make it through the last couple of reps, so split them up. Didn't feel great, but never does. need to do speed/power work more. garmin says pretty consistent splits with ~3:55 up and ~3:35 down.
Would love to get back to being able to do 8x <4min ks or similar.

exploring some trails up loam line and behind fishfingers, and down tiptop. Some real steep stuff back there i think its worth getting competant enough to ride tiptop and hobos, as it will mean a really nice long singletrack run down after Jshark.
