Group run to start, but did pace run with Molly - 5 miles getting to speed 8 miles in ~57 mins (little slower than I wanted), 3 mile cool down. Adductor noticable but not painful, more irritated later in day.

Snowmobile Trail in good biking shape, few kinda soft spots. Trail #2 at Piedmont soft, but rideable. Felt OK while biking, less awesome after (little head pressure)
