Warm up and cool down. Part of my cool down was sprinting: had to put the two chickens (long story - my daughter agreed to take care of them over the weekend for her teacher) back in their coop after they had their way in my yard. Damn things look slow and stupid but they can run, peck and scratch when they want too. I guess they didn't realized I'm a vegetarian ;-)
