My Garmin is slowly dying so I also used my Polar Bike Watch - a bit messy to add this data together since the Garmin only lasted the first two laps and the Polar didn´t quite agree with the usual distances.

First real run since I visited Göteborg in October. I´ve been training relatively regularly so my shape isn´t totally bad - it´s just that I haven´t actually been running.
Did the short(est) version of our test loop - without the "bus loop" and the final hill Before the club house. Running felt quite OK - slow as always on the first half that is gradually uphill and then feeling easier on the downhills and flat parts back to the club house.
