Had planned to do some easy biking today but it never happened. Only excuse was doing lots of minor things such as packing and getting ready for our trip tomorrow. Also some outdoor work and then in the evening taking the car to have the tyres changed. Birgit in Ludvika most of the day.

Easy jog (with dog) doing most of an old training course at Havtrollet - mostly on trails but also some through the open terrain. Wanted to see if my calves were OK after having trouble with both on different occasions.
Everything felt fine - even the knee worked without any meds or brace.
A bit cooler today (+7C) but still a bit of sun and much less wind.

...and then straight to Kupolen and Norra Backa for some last minute shopping before our trip. Still very nice weather - removed a sweater before going out.

On a positive note the weight went down considerably after all the moving yesterday.

Spent all day in Ludvika to help moving BirgitsĀ“ father to his new apartment.
With a full 15 hour day maybe an hour or two could even be branded strength training after carrying lots of furniture and boxes out of the old apartment and into the new.
