The holiday seasons have passed, and the times of reduced training are over. Today marks the first day of reintegration into training with a nice soccer match and a little core to go with it (French homework first though, it's coming, no worries). Running will steadily increase, but tomorrow I just want to go into a feeler for where I want to start and where I want to go in the coming weeks. It's gonna be a great year and I aim to train well so I have a chance to compete at a higher level than I ever have before. I'm excited for the year!
