Started at 9:00 pace. Next hour was 8:20's. last hour was 8-8:10. It's all I had. Hot and humid. Blah. However, the first two hours went by super fast. Last hour was full of hotness and chafing. :)

Easy hilly run downtown. 94% humidity today. Just stupid. The TdF was amazing today! Wow! I forgot to write about my splits from my no look GPS long run. Started out too fast, went slower, felt better after a gel, made a comeback, finished focusing on form and wanting a grape snow cone. My usual long run performance. :) I am planning on putting my name in the lottery for MT. Mitchell.
