MTB from home out through kowen to sparrow with shep and ben. We met zelko and dave meyer at sparrow and did most of a lap then headed down the railway line to bungendore for lunch. took me back to the old bungendore training days riding down the muddy railway maintenance track.
Drove into the garage with the bike on the roof when we got home, bugger!
