Sprint the digital numbers 1-7 with Susan. Wheezed my way through the session having to walk the recoveries a bit slower than normal just to try and breathe. I still hate number 6 and I'm not looking forward to adding on 8 but other than that I enjoyed it

Finishing it off with a lovely bit of yoga, still feel like my shoulders are going to collapse during downward dog but I still felt a lot looser by the time we'd finished :)
