Tribal Fitness - round 2. More arms and legs tonight, the power bags and dumb bells were out in force. A particular highlight was the squat-high kick with a powerbag and burpees with powerbag. Another tough session but it flew by I was very surprised when we started to stretch, which is always the sign of a good class!

2-2-4 x 3 tonight, legs were surprisingly tired but everyone felt the same way tonight. Lapping between 97-1.40 so pretty happy I was able to push through the tiredness. I was very jealous of Susan who had completely finished her session but the time we had just finished the first set...
