3 x 6 (Hills) with 2 min recovery btwn sets
Set 1: 9:30
Set 2: 9:42

This was an awesome workout. I think will were really blazing the hills because the times were quick and I thought the recoveries were slow. After the first one I was "oh god" two more of these, but really happy how it turned out. I was ALL OUT the last three hills... certainly emptied the tank today.

Easy 50 minute shake out. No issues. Legs are a little fatigued though.
