20min @ Tempo +3min + 5, 4, 3, 2, 1min hard with 2min jog after the 5 and 4min and 1min jog after everything else

Okay... this was a DUMB!!! idea and I will NEVER run at 4:30AM ever again... but had to get done at this ungodly hour because otherwise is was NOT happening.

Warm up was pedestrian... Tempo... meh!!! and well, the intervals were decent. Running in the dark in Nipigon is scary, but there are some nice hard packed sandy roads to run on. (side of roads anyways). Saw 2 bears, and two moose during the cool down... but they were in a grass field and little ways away.

As for the fishing tournament... Gotta poured on for the first 5 hours, but caught some nice fish. Lost a monster early in the day, but salvaged a nice limit late in the day and took home 2nd Place!!! Would have should I not have lost that fish... Meh!!! Gas bill is paid for now for rest of summer :)

Easy shake out after a late supper from a LONG 12 hour day on the lake prefishing for the first tournament of the year. Found some good fish too!!! How they bite tomorrow :) :)

Anyways decent run... Im mean I was in Nipigon so it was interesting.

This workout was definately better than last Thursday so I am happy about that. However, I had to really work hard to stay with Conner and Dom today. After 16 minutes I dropped off by about 25-30 meters and decided that I was going to catch by up for the 10th set. That 10th one took pretty much everything especially to stick on the surge and I packed it in on 20 and started my cool down with Dom, besides my knee was bothering me.

Overall, it was good, but the pace was way faster since I did this workout last.

This was a really good run this afternoon up until 47 minutes. I just hit a wall and both my quads were really sore. The remaining 13 minutes was tough.

This workout went much better than I thought it was going to considering how I felt on the first one. I took me a while to really get going on the tempo and there were times where Connor put a couple meters on me and I had to make an effort to get caught up... especially with his non-stop surges... lol... nonetheless I think we really pushed the tempo line today with that... especially on the second 21 minutes. Overall, above average. The effort was right and the pace was very good.

Last Thursday's workout was solid and this one was great. Things are finally coming around after that insane 10 miler effort :) I cannot wait until July when I don't have to work... Definately devoting this summer to RUNNING as I got some big goals in mind!!! #100mile weeks, #aerobic monster, #Crush!

Planned on running a litttle longer, but I just wasnt feeling it. Feeling pretty fatigued from yesterday's long run.

I was planning on running this afternoon but that just didnt happen. Was feeling really tired so I went for a nap before picking up baby from day-care. I wasn't feeling good at all and I didnt think a run was going to be productive so I did some ellipticaling in hopes and having a better workout tomorrow.

Solid run. Rained for the first hour with some down pours. Went the massive hills way this time and I can feel it in the legs and hips. Pretty tired now. Run above avg.
