This workout went pretty well, did it on a side walk loop that I have used tin the past. Ran a good strong pace, felt like I was rolling. Above average quality.
Preactive, 15min WU, active WU, 200m 35.9, Brazilian (100m loops), 500m + 500m, Brazilian, 500m + 500m, Brazilian. Times from 4:08-4:16. 15min cd, push &sit, rope.
Today was average quality. The track it kind of a square shape at this facility and the distance is 230m I think. Wasn't to enthusiastic to get out there but shock it off when I started.
Preactive (8), 80min, drills, hip mob, strength, rope.
Today's run was on a variety of surfaces, the trails were really snowy so I went from there to the sidewalk, ran with my dog for the first half before handing off to my dad when I passed the house again. Average quality.
