Circuit Training intervals 2:30:00 [4] 8.0 km (18:45 / km)

-Preact and roll
-15min run + 45min elip (10 tempo + 2x1-2-2-1 + CD to 45min)
-Weights
-Core
-Roll, stretch and ice

Good workout today, probably my best elip session so far, crushed it. Foot is ok - not super painful but is not progressing as much as I want it too, frustrating that it is still sticking around after 3+ weeks.
